During November we recall numerous world events: The fall of the Berlin
Wall; the coronation of Elizabeth I; the Mayflower Compact; the
assassination of President Kennedy; the arrest of Susan B. Anthony for
voting in a presidential election; the only flight of the Spruce Goose;
the Gunpowder Plot and more. Learn the details of those, and other
events, in this summary of November Highlights.

Also in this month's issue is a story about Beowulf (including a video
link to a performance - with Anglo-Saxon harp - of the epic in Old
English), a list of topics commemorating Native-American Heritage Month,
plus a list of numerous stories now available as audio recordings.
