Deadline Approaching: 2009 Toyota Family Literacy Teacher of the Year
Presented by the National Center for Family Literacy (NCFL) and Toyota,
the Toyota Family Literacy Teacher of the Year Award is given to
educators who demonstrate exemplary efforts to help parents and children
achieve their academic and non-academic goals.
The 2009 Toyota Family Literacy Teacher of the Year will receive a
$7,500 award for his/her program, courtesy of Toyota. He/she also will
receive a trip to the 18th Annual National Conference on Family Literacy
in Orlando, Florida, where he/she will be recognized during the Opening
General Session.
Nominations will be accepted online through December 5, 2008!
