Just yesterday I discovered that HRSA offers a free online health
literacy training for health care professionals. Don't know if this is
more than you're looking for, but check it out at http://www.hrsa.gov/healthliteracy/training.htm
The course can be taken for credit, which might be a draw for your
folks.
I also want to add that the amount of information that comes through
this listserv and the spirit of cooperation with which it's offered
just blow me away. If everyone worked this collaboratively toward
common goals, the world would be a better place!

Hi Everyone,
In moving our health literacy work forward, I am searching for some sort
of video, webinar training, etc. that goes over health literacy 101. It
will become something mandatory for all of our clinical staff at a
network of 9 community-based health centers. While I would ideally like
to do an interactive training with all staff, pulling them away from
clinic time is not feasible. Any ideas? Anyone willing to talk off line
who has been through this before?
Thanks so much,
