Hi NIFL-Health,
Today's story is about the amazing core team that worked incredibly hard to
make this year's Health Literacy Month storytelling project happen. My
ceaseless thanks to all of them as well as to all of you -- our authors,
advocates, readers, listeners, and supporters. Together, we let the world
know why health literacy matters.
October 31. "Health Literacy Month Team: Our Collective Story." Helen
Osborne founded Health Literacy Month nearly 12 years ago as a way to raise
awareness about the need for understandable health information. Since she
likes stories and wanted to learn about social media, Helen came up with a
notion to somehow combine the two. And so begins the story of a remarkable
team that created a spectacular Health Literacy Month storytelling project.

And now, as with all great stories, it's time to say "The End."
