Hello, I am the Discussion List administrator here at the National Institute for Literacy. Just wanted to clarify the unsubscribe directions for the Poverty, Race Literacy Discussion List.
Each email post contains a footer with a link to the Poverty, Race Literacy Discussion List Web page http://www.nifl.gov/mailman/listinfo/Povertyliteracy. (sometimes it appears as an attachment named "ATT....txt" with numbers following the "ATT")
This page contains a subscribe form and, if you scroll to the bottom of the page, an entry box to unsubscribe or edit your options. Enter the email address you subscribed with and then click the button. Click the "Unsubscribe" button and you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email and you will then go to a page to confirm your unsubscribe request.
I hope this helps. Please go to the List Help page at http://www.nifl.gov/lincs/discussions/help/help_mailman.html for more information.
