Hello Wendy,

Not sure what the problem is. I just subscribed by following these
steps:

1. at http://techlearning.com/ select "subscribe" then from the
slideout menu, "T & L Magazine"
2. Select "sign-up for a new one"
3. Complete the application and submit it. (Apparently not everyone
is eligible for a free subscription, but as a teacher you should be.)
