time. It's not specifically about language learning and it is probably
dated now but could be a good starting point for you.

Learning, the following is a study of the ESL CBET program at the
Division of Adult and Career Education of the Los Angeles Unified School
Districts that did try to see if there was a relationship between the
use of technology and student learning gains.
