Moodle is a good alternative as the software is free, but your client
would need to find someone to host the service on the web. Check out
http://www.moodle.com for hosting and service information. Moodle IS
SCORM-compliant though I have not used this part of Moodle myself. Courses
can be limited via registration and password entry. More information on
the capability of Moodle is available at: http://www.moodle.org (Be sure
