Gina:  I've used www.archive.org.  Just looking now looking again the
site talks about "This library contains thousands of digital movies
which range from classic full-length films, to daily alternative news
broadcasts, to videos of every genre uploaded by Archive users. Many of
these movies are available for download."

For short video clips http://www.teachertube.com/ by You Tube works too
and is constantly being updated.

Are there sites that allow you to download short royalty free clips
video clips from good quality movies that we can use for instruction? I
am an adult educator- media and technology specialist in a prison. My
students cannot access the Internet, so I must bring all the media to
them.....
